September 30, 2010 at 3:32 PM

Bullion UpdateU.S. gold prices dipped 70 cents from its prior day record as the dollar strengthened Thursday and profit-taking emerged. However, the metal continues to glow. Other fractional sizes joined in simultaneous advances on Wednesday, an occurrence that has become rare since their initial launch on June 10, 2010. With still one day left in September for sales, the one-ounce, quarter-ounce and tenth-ounce Gold Eagle have exactly doubled their August tallies.(...)

September 30, 2010 at 7:50 AM
