| The most popular annual set from the United States Mint will be released on Monday, May 7, at 12 noon Eastern Time (ET). It will be the 2012 US Proof Set, and its price will be $31.95, which is the same price as last year's issue.  2012 US Proof Set Interest in the new proof set will be high. Over one million are ordered every year, and around 250,000 will be purchased during the first week. Some of those initial sales, however, are from the US Mint Online Subscription Program. |
